Our cuisine is based on Catalan tradition, reinterpreted with a contemporary, informal and yet refined look. We honour the ingredients and recipes that have shaped us, while embracing modern techniques and influences from other cuisines around the world that bring depth and character to our cooking.<\/p><p>We strongly believe that great food begins with great ingredients. That\u2019s why we work with carefully selected seasonal produce, chosen with intention and sensitivity.
