CIPRESAIA is synonymous with hospitality. A name with history. We inherit the name and the place where in April 1978 Quico Viader inaugurated one of the most emblematic and renowned restaurants of the time in the old town of Girona.

Today, we continue that legacy with a fresh perspective on both food and atmosphere. Our cuisine is based on Catalan tradition, reinterpreted with a contemporary, informal and yet refined look. We honour the ingredients and recipes that have shaped us, while embracing modern techniques and influences from other cuisines around the world that bring depth and character to our cooking.

We strongly believe that great food begins with great ingredients. That’s why we work with carefully selected seasonal produce, chosen with intention and sensitivity. Every ingredient has its own origin, story and the people behind it, and we want that to be reflected in every dish served at the table.

Our goal is to give recognition to the people behind each product, supporting small producers and making their work a visible and essential part of our cuisine.
